Press, analysts, and partners - come on in.
RevEvolve is an AI revenue intelligence platform for hotels, revenue management companies, and hotel management companies. Everything on this page is free to use and free to quote - boilerplate, bios, product facts, logos, and screenshots.
Our position, in one line: the platform recommends, the revenue manager decides. We call it agentic, not autopilot. If you want to argue with us about that, we'd enjoy it - email Hari directly.

One approved proof point
One 150-room property, over six months, saw an approximately 8% RevPAR lift while the revenue manager's weekly analysis workload fell from roughly 25 hours to 8.
That's one property's result and not a guarantee of performance; outcomes vary.

Hari Patel
Founder & CEO
Hari Patel is Founder and CEO of Hotel Switchboard LLC and the creator of RevEvolve, an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform built for the hotels that enterprise revenue management systems have priced out: independent properties, small and mid-sized management companies, and the revenue management companies that serve them.
Hari built RevEvolve around a conviction that runs against the industry's automation narrative: the revenue manager should always make the final call. RevEvolve's RM Copilot delivers daily briefings, answers questions in plain language, and prepares strategy meetings — but it recommends; the human decides. He summarizes the philosophy as “agentic, not autopilot.”
In addition to Hotel Switchboard, Hari founded Insight RM, a tool-agnostic revenue management consulting firm. He is an active member of the AAHOA community and works closely with PMS and hospitality technology partners on white-label and embedded analytics programs.

Story angles
Topics we're fluent on - and happy to brief.
Pick one, send a note, we'll line up the right person.
- 01
Operator-facing vs guest-facing AI in hospitality
Why the structural distinction matters. Concierge chatbots assist guests. RM Copilot works for the operator — but it works with the revenue manager, not instead of them.
- 02
The hotels enterprise RMS priced out
Most independent hotels will never justify an enterprise RMS budget, so they run revenue on spreadsheets and instinct. What changes when they get forecasting, comp intelligence, and pace analysis at a price they can actually approve.
- 03
Brand-mandate compatibility under chain agreements
Rate floors, parity contracts, distribution rules, loyalty logic — what “compatible by design” looks like in practice.
- 04
Who catches it when the model is wrong?
The industry is racing to automate pricing decisions. We think that's backwards: automate the analysis, keep the judgment human. The question every hotel owner should ask a vendor — when your AI is wrong, who catches it? — and what it means if the answer is “nobody, it already pushed the rate.”
- 05
Pricing transparency in the RMS category
Per-property subscription pricing, published openly, same capabilities for independents and chains — and why that's a structural choice, not a discount.
- 06
Fast implementation in a 60–90-day category
How pre-built connectors and shadow-mode onboarding collapse a typical RMS implementation window to about two weeks.
- 07
Distribution trends post-2024
Comp-set position erosion, OTA-package displacement, and where direct-booking margin is recovering.
- 08
Mixed-portfolio operations
What happens when branded and independent properties consolidate from two RMS platforms onto one intelligence layer — and what it does to ownership reporting.
