Our Story

How RevEvolve Started

The Origin (2023)

The founding decision came from a specific moment of recognition in 2024: why does revenue management technology assume every property has a dedicated analyst? Hotel Switchboard LLC had been working in hospitality technology since 2013 - and this question drove the facing AI thesis from day one of RevEvolve.

The First Properties (2024)

The first property to go live in late 2024 validated the core thesis: GM revenue planning time dropped dramatically post-deployment. That single deployment shaped how RM Copilot evolved - every subsequent feature decision informed by what actually worked at that property and the ones that followed.

The Categorical Shift (2025)

By 2025, we had crystallized the categorical positioning that defines RevEvolve today. Hotel revenue management technology had divided into traditional analyst-driven RMS and automation-focused platforms - but neither category fit the operational reality of most hotels. facing AI was the missing category. We built it.

Where We Are Now (2026)

Today, RevEvolve powers revenue management at 200+ properties across 10+ countries. Customer base spans independent franchisees (Comfort Inn Festus), branded chain properties (Hyatt Place Chicago Itasca), and multi-property RM firms (Pacific RM - 22+ properties per RM Copilot seat). The operating model fits hospitality reality.

    Every product decision filters through the 's perspective. Will a GM running 10 properties find this feature useful at 6:30 AM on a Wednesday? Will an asset manager defending decisions to ownership find this report clear? When the voice answer is 'no,' we redesign.

  • Augmentation Over Replacement

    AI augments human revenue management judgment; it doesn't replace it. RM Copilot generates recommendations; approve, modify. Every recommendation includes the reasoning. The AI-replaces-the-human thesis fails operationally in hospitality.

RevEvolve.ai is the customer-facing brand and platform; Hotel Switchboard LLC is the legal operating entity.
